A wide range of continuous mixers with a capacity of 1…60 t/h are used for all cold curing processes: alpha set, furan, liquid glass, resol _CO2, pep set. The smallest mixers with a capacity of 1-10 t/h are used mainly for the production of cores, and large mixers with a capacity of up to 60 t/h are used for the production of molds.

The Triton mixer range includes various options, such as single-hose mixers, two-hose mixers and many other customized solutions, such as portable, mobile, three-hose mixers.

All Eurotek mixers are equipped with a screw (sleeve) that can be easily opened and the mixing shaft can be removed. All mixing shafts have blades of their own design. The blades are made of high-strength cast iron with hard-coating HF600 or tungsten-coated. The blades provide increased wear resistance and a long service life.

The length of the mixer arm outreach varies from 735 mm (single arm) to 7 meters and more (double arm). Mixers and control cabinets are designed to meet customer requirements. Different types of sands can be mixed together in different proportions.

The dosage of binders and hardeners can be adjusted depending on the selected mixer program. The binder and hardener delivery and dosing system is simple and reliable.
