Despite the difficulties, the industry remains a key component of the Ukrainian economy, demonstrating stability and development potential.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite preserving the achievements of previous years, the market is not standing still. Enterprises are investing in modernization, entering foreign markets, and solving other pressing problems.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key challenges for the foundry industry in 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entering foreign markets and finding orders<br\/><br\/>Most enterprises that previously focused on the CIS market are facing new quality requirements that have become critically important after 2022. Successful entry into global markets requires significant efforts, modernization of production, and reorientation of business models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Threat of loss of raw material sources<br\/><br\/>Instability in the supply of materials, such as high-quality molding sand, often causes production delays. The problem of raw material shortages remains one of the key topics of discussion in the industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy costs<br\/><br\/>Constant fluctuations in energy prices and the risks of an energy crisis force enterprises to adapt to new conditions: modernize equipment, change production schedules, and implement energy-efficient technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staff shortage<br\/><br\/>The most pressing problem in 2024 was providing production with qualified personnel. This project allowed us to obtain valuable information about the needs and problems of enterprises in the industry, as well as to form a clear vision of ways to solve them.
