Today it is especially important to think about what the country&#8217;s economy will be like in the coming years. How to develop industry not according to the models of the past, but according to the standards of the future? The answer is obvious &#8211; the transition to Industry 5.0.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where are we now? Industry 3.0 <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most Ukrainian enterprises still operate within the framework of Industry 3.0 &#8211; automation, electronics, local IT solutions. At best, there are isolated attempts to integrate elements of Industry 4.0. However, this is no longer enough.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Industry 5.0<\/strong> is a new paradigm based on the partnership between humans and machines, deep personalization, environmental friendliness, and intellectualization of processes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Economic model and markets: what is changing<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transition to Industry 5.0 implies a new economic model for Ukraine. It is focused not on raw material exports or extensive growth, but on intelligence, flexibility, and product value for the end consumer. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key features of the new model:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High added value &#8211; instead of exporting raw materials and semi-finished products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility and personalization &#8211; instead of mass production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intelligent products and services created at the intersection of technology and human experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Target markets:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The EU, the USA, Japan, and South Korea have a stable demand for high-tech industrial products: casting parts, assemblies, composites, and machine systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The domestic market also has great potential. Build a foundation with 4.0<\/strong><br\/>Smart factory, IoT, artificial intelligence, robotics, big data analytics &#8211; without this there will be no transition to a new level.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. People are at the center<\/strong><br\/>It is necessary to create conditions for the development of engineering culture, train a new generation of employees, and invest in training and adaptation of personnel.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Green economy<\/strong><br\/>Modernization should be ecological: minimal carbon footprint, reuse of resources, energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
