The PERMACURE AS<\/strong> series is a three-component cold curing system based on urethane resin technology. This system can be used for a wide range of applications due to its high curing speed. Other advantages:
\n– fast tooling removal – high productivity
\n– low thermal expansion\/contraction – precise castings, fewer cracks in steel castings
\n– excellent fluidity of the mixture – better sealing
\n– easy knockout of molds and cores <\/p>\n

THE PERMACURE AS SYSTEM CONSISTS OF THREE COMPONENTS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Part I – phenolic resin in solution<\/li>\n
  2. Part II – modified isocyanate component<\/li>\n
  3. Part III – liquid catalyst<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    APPLICATIONS<\/strong>: PERMACURE AS is suitable for a wide range of casting types. The flexibility of the system means it can be used for large and small molds and cores. It is suitable for most types of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys. The addition of iron oxide can provide additional benefits when working with steel castings.
    \nTypical addition is 0.4-0.8% by weight of sand in each part: Part I and Part II. A wide range of catalysts allows you to adjust the curing time. <\/p>\n

    TYPICAL PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong>:
    \nPERMACURE AS Part I : Transparent liquid, viscosity at 25\u00b0C – 100-250 CPS,
    \ndensity at 20\u00b0C – 1.09-1.12 g\/cm
