The owner&#8217;s goal is to become No. 1 in the industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are also developing a new line of business &#8211; supplying industrial lubricants (oils, greases, lubricants) from a global manufacturer. We help industrial and energy enterprises reduce equipment maintenance costs and extend its resource through the right choice of lubrication solutions. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assist the company owner in daily project coordination, communications, task execution control and business process organization, development of new directions and control of strategic planning implementation. You will become the manager&#8217;s right hand. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What work results are expected from you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Well-organized and coordinated working hours and communication between the manager and employees, partners and key clients;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organized, comfortable and efficient office space;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining a high image of the manager in front of employees, partners and clients;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurate and timely information on the implementation of strategically important plans, programs and projects;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A coordinated schedule of meetings, trips, calls and online meetings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in writing programs, projects, instructions and policies, monitoring their implementation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of documents, letters, presentations, short analytical reports;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization of business trips, hotel reservations and ticket purchases;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining the company&#8217;s calendar, reminders and CRM system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance in managing the owner&#8217;s social networks, content creation, basic knowledge in the field of online branding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work experience as an assistant manager \/ business assistant \/ Project Manager for at least 1 year;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High communication skills, tact, attention to detail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work with a large amount of information, quickly structure tasks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer and office equipment proficiency, knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel, Word, Trello, CRM (or willingness to learn);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calendar management, planning, prioritization, and deadline control skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High literacy, written and oral communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills in fast typing, business correspondence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in organizing negotiations, working with people of high social status, representatives of the media and regulatory authorities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media activity, basic knowledge in online branding;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photoshop \/ Canva \/ Corel skills are desirable (for preparing materials and visuals);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Category B driving license preferred;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of English is desirable (reading, writing, basic phone calls).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Working in the company, you will receive:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training during internships and continuous improvement of skills and qualifications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentoring from the company owner and the best team specialists;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the development of real business projects (including international ones);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable modern office;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility of business trips abroad to gain European experience;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Real impact on business development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A job that will increase your professional value in the labor market;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stability, development, and a team that values \u200b\u200binitiative &#8211; some of our employees have been with us for over 10 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Working conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full-time employment.
