CFS REGENERATION SYSTEMS

The line of equipment for mold knockout and regeneration of cold-hardening mixtures starts from the size of the knockout grid 900×550 mm with a capacity of 1 t/h and up to 3000×2000 mm and 20 t/h.

The crushing of the mixture pieces takes place on a knockout screen. The cooling and dust removal system allows cooling the mixture and removing dust from it. Dust removal takes place in the fluidized bed due to the discharge generated inside the equipment. The sand is cooled when it flows (in a “boiling” state) through radiators through which water flows. Then the sand enters the pneumatic pumps for transportation to the bunker. After the cooler, the air enters the filter cabinet where it is cleaned of dust, which is subsequently collected in bags.

The mechanical regeneration line includes the following series:

Compact series – Compact units mounted at the ground level. Designed for small foundries. They have a knockout grid size from 900x550mm to 1200x1200mm. Productivity 1 and 3 tons per hour

VD series – Medium capacity plants. They have a size of the knockout grid from 1500x1150mm to 2500x2000mm. Productivity from 6 to 12 tons/hour.

Series ED – Higher capacity plants. No knockout grate – the mixture is fed in lumps by bucket or belt conveyor. Capacity from 5 to 20 tons per hour.

BD series – Low load machines for large molds. The mold is loaded onto the grid by crane or rollers. Productivity from 5 to 10 tons per hour.

The systems also include a cooler-classifier for hot sand.
