• Experience:

– Over 20 years of successful business management (including rebuilding the business from scratch twice after relocation due to military actions in Ukraine)

– Over 16 years of practical experience in the foundry industry (as of January 2024, Ukrfavorit holds 30% of the market for binders in Ukraine)

• Achievements in the position, work results:

– In 2024, Ukrfavorit was included in the Next250 Forbes Ukraine ranking of the most promising companies that will influence the development of Ukraine’s economy in the next 5-10 years.

– Selected from among 130 leading Ukrainian entrepreneurs to join a working group tasked with developing sectoral sections of Ukraine’s Plan under the Ukraine Facility program. The group developed:

– Strategy for the development of Ukraine’s industry until 2033.

– Strategy for the development of Ukraine’s green steel sector for 2025–2029.

• Experience – since 2007 in various types of consulting services. For ten years, she was a practicing arbitration manager.

• Achievements in the position, work results – I always treat the client’s tasks as if they were my own and find the most optimal solution. I helped with the relocation of the company and the restoration of its activities twice. Not a single lost court case during cooperation with the company, checking partners and clients for legitimacy and stability, searching for employees and forming a team with a deep corporate culture.

• Interests: I love new projects and challenges, everything new and learning. Traveling is for the soul, I have visited over 15 countries, and sports and driving are my passion.
