International recognition and promotion of Ukraine
Became part of Global Business Week and EuroWoman 2024 Global Leadership Forum in Paris, where she had the honor to represent the interests of Ukraine and our company “Ukrfavorit” before the world community.
Actively promoted Ukrainian brands with the “Made in Ukraine” label, promoting our products to global markets.
Prepared platforms and strategies for entering the markets of North and South America, Africa, Asia, the Global South and Australia.
Helped create hubs to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs, in particular the Ukrainian-European Business Hub.
Educational development and talent support
Launched an innovative project for engineering students to prepare a new generation of specialists for industry.
Created a cyber-secured website “Ukrfavorit” with a “Job Fair” service – this helps young professionals find jobs and companies overcome staff shortages.
Signed memoranda with the Institute of Professional Education and the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine to develop educational cooperation.
World events and exhibitions
She attended the largest industrial events of the year: ANKIROS 2024 in Istanbul and the International Industrial Forum in Kyiv.
She was a speaker at the conference “Industry of Ukraine”, where she raised the important issue of investment in industry.
Company achievements and financial contribution
The company “Ukrfavorit” has entered the Next250 Forbes Ukraine rating, which unites the most promising companies in Ukraine that will determine the development of the economy in the coming years.
Personal development
She completed the “TikTok for Business” training and launched the official TikTok channel “Ukrfavorit” to promote useful content.
She mastered the coaching and mentoring program to build the team’s work even more effectively.
