On May 27, the Ukrfavorit company celebrated its 15th anniversary. For the celebration, they chose one of the most picturesque corners of our country – Bukovel. This place was chosen for its boundless valleys, enchanting nature, national traditions, and mountains, which are a symbol of growth and strength.
In addition to the celebration, the management held daily meetings to discuss work results, problems, and plan the company’s future activities.
And there is a tradition at Ukrfavorit – for each company anniversary, we conduct a survey of all employees, where all achievements and developments for the year are noted, and we hold the “Employee of the Year” competition. This year, our Deputy Director for Administrative Affairs, Borbotko Serhiy, received the award!
During this extremely difficult year, he has done and continues to do the impossible:
- took a direct part in the reestablishment of the company at a new location
- established effective work of the Foreign Economic Relations Office and logistics
- performs the duties of several employees
- provides technical and software support to employees
- organized the participation of “Ukrfavorit” in the XXI International Industrial Forum in Kyiv
- co-organizer of the participation of Ukrfavorit representatives in the GIFA exhibition
- participated in strategic planning 2023-2024 and monitors the implementation of work tasks
- Also, in his free time, Serhiy trains colleagues in the gym and helps with English.
For the owner, Elena Isaeva, every employee is valuable and respected, so no one was left without a gift! After all, behind every successful result is the tremendous work of the entire team!
