An innovator in the foundry industry
There are rare individuals in the business world who not only manage companies, but also become a source of inspiration for others. Olena Isayeva is certainly one of such leaders. She founded the company “Ukrfavorit” with the aim of providing foundry enterprises with everything necessary to create castings of perfect quality. Under her leadership, “Ukrfavorit” went beyond the “usual” supplier of materials and turned into a catalyst for innovation in the foundry industry. It was she who was the author of a unique product in Ukraine – video lessons on the application of HTS processes. She also initiated the introduction of a new service – providing mandatory technological support to clients and adjusting technology at any stage of production.

Olena Isayeva has a unique approach to management, she is attentive to detail and has a huge passion for the development of not only her company “Ukrfavorit”, but also the foundry industry as a whole.
The desire for innovation and large projects
Olena Isayeva has 16 years of practical experience in the foundry industry and has always been at the center of innovation. Together with the Ukrfavorit team, she actively cooperates with various partners, introducing modern methods and technologies into the foundry production process.
In addition to the foundry industry, Olena Isaeva is also known as an active public figure:
- From 2015 to the present, she is a member of the Association of Foundries of Ukraine;
- From 2017 to the present, she is a member of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
- In the period 2018-2022, she was a member of the NGO “Business Union Advice”;
- From 2018 to the present, she is a member of the international club “Successful Women’s Club” (SWC);
- From 2019 to the present, she is a member of the board of the NGO “CLUB OF BUSINESS WOMEN OF MLT”;
- Since 2019, she has been the Deputy Chairman of the Melitopol Coordination Council for the Development of the Region’s Enterprises;
- Since 2019, he has been the “Ambassador of Melitopol” for his significant contribution to the formation of a positive image of the city of Melitopol in Ukraine and abroad.
- From 2020 to the present, he is the WED UN Ambassador in Ukraine.
- Since 2023, she has been a member of the working group for the development of sectoral sections of the Ukraine Plan, which is implemented within the framework of the Ukraine Facility program and long-term sectoral strategies for the development of Ukrainian industry with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

Olena Isayeva always takes part in various events and projects aimed at developing the business environment of Ukraine. Over the past year alone, she has taken part in the following projects:
- Together with the MLT Business Women’s Club, the Stina Entrepreneurs’ Union, the NGO “Strategy of the Future”, and the NGO “League of Business and Professional Women of Ukraine” they created the project “CIPE Ukraine “Advocacy for Creating a Business Environment Favorable for Women Entrepreneurs at the Local and National Levels”, which helps business representatives (in particular women entrepreneurs) adapt in war conditions, improve their efficiency and capacity;
- She held numerous meetings with business and government representatives as part of her duties as WED UN Ambassador to Ukraine;
- Together with the Business Women’s Club, MLT prepared and held the forum “InterUActson. A Positive Scenario for the Recovery of Ukraine”. It was part of the expert group to develop the concept of a strategy for the recovery and development of Ukraine, regions and communities and the formation of an active coalition of leaders of change. The recommendations of the international forum were submitted to the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, local governments;
- Participated in the EUROWOMEN 2023 forum in Glasgow (Scotland), which was held within the framework of global security and justice for Ukraine and Europe for global prosperity and peace;
- Participated in a charity event in Glasgow (Scotland) to raise funds for Ukraine;
- She joined the working group to develop sectoral sections of the Plan for Ukraine, which is implemented within the framework of the Ukraine Facility program. Within the framework of this program, a strategy was developed for the development of Ukrainian industry until 2033 and for the development of Green Steel of Ukraine for 4 years;
- She was the organizer and participant of a series of strategic sessions aimed at the development of the foundry industry in Ukraine and abroad.

It is thanks to such a leader, with a modern outlook and a desire for constant development, that the Ukrfavorit company has been a leader in the Ukrainian binder market for 16 years!
