▪ Personal mentoring of 6 new employees — with patience, tact, and a sense of humour;
▪ Signing of 2 strategic memoranda with the State Department of Foundry Production and the Institute of Vocational Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine;
▪ Professional development: Export Academy + coaching and mentoring course — because even managers learn.
