24 delegations from around the world gathered for the Global Business Week forum. Influential leaders, business gurus, and innovators came to Paris to raise the important issue of cultural diplomacy and its impact on global business.
A week-long program of events awaited the participants:
- Presentation of the latest innovations for business
- Mentoring session
- Awards ceremony
- Business tour in France
As part of the forum, representatives of various organizations gave reports in which they shared successful cases of conducting activities, raised important social issues, and spoke about their own contribution to the development of cultural diplomacy in their country.
The main social issues raised at the Eurowoman-2024 Global Leadership Forum in Paris:
- Development of international diplomacy
- Assistance in the fight for democracy, freedom and independence of the country
- Protection of human rights
- Consequences of violating the UN Code of Laws
- Building a peaceful civilized society
The founder of Ukrfavorit, Olena Isayeva, gave an inspiring speech in which she raised the following important issues:
- Human resources crisis in Ukraine
- Development of government programs to support business
- Finding and attracting investment to start your own business
- Mental health of Ukrainians, life in daily stress
- The need to create communities for mutual support, exchange of experiences, and solving global problems in the country
During her speech, Elena Isayeva emphasized the importance of building cultural connections. She shared her experience of how focusing on cultural diplomacy helped her overcome barriers and build new bridges in collaboration with partners and clients, as well as establish communication with a team that now works from different parts of the world.
She emphasized that everyone can contribute to the development of cultural diplomacy, regardless of their field of activity or location.

- Global International Award from the World Woman Club and Vital Voices organizations “For participation in projects to support the population of Ukraine”
The business forum also featured a new format of business communication called gala mentoring. The event was organized by Galina Deryabina.
Olena Isaeva also participated in the working group, which aims to popularize the following areas:
- Development of Ukrainian brands and marking them with the “Made in Ukraine” logo
- Preparation of platforms for the promotion of Ukrainian products
- Developing a strategy for working with different markets in different parts of the world for selling Ukrainian products: North and South America, Africa, Asia, Australia, etc.
- Creation of hubs that will help promote Ukrainian business, such as the Ukrainian-European Business Hub.
