Olena was born in the Donetsk region, in the city of Torez. There she graduated from school with a gold medal. Then she studied at Donetsk State Technical University, majoring in “Accounting and Auditing” and worked as an accountant.

The Ukrfavorit company moved to Melitopol in 2014 due to the unstable situation in Donetsk. In essence, the company was being evacuated.“Those were difficult times,” recalls Olena Isayeva. “And for all of us. Employees had to rebuild their stable and familiar lives, everyone changed their place of residence, found new apartments and new friends. Of course, they moved as whole families. So 32 people became residents of Melitopol at one point. There was a lack of basic household items. I had no right to leave my employees alone with their difficulties, and therefore I took it upon myself to solve their problems and arrange their new lives.” “.
