PJSC “Dneprovazhmash” – cooperation since February 2012. Work on improving the quality of the casting surface, together with the company’s team and the IMF adjuster, launch and adjustment of the technological process for the production of molds using CTS on phenolic resins. Training of personnel in the basic principles of working with CTS systems. Together with the technological group of the company – participation in the adjustment of the technical process for the production of London Underground casting molds.
One of the largest enterprises in Ukraine, which produces a variety of mechanical engineering products: machines, components and spare parts for blast furnace production; machines and technological equipment for coke-chemical production; power equipment components; transport and unloading equipment, equipment and components for mines, tunnels, etc. The company’s foundry shops produce castings from 100 kg to tens of tons of cast iron, high-strength cast iron, and steel. The enterprise has a powerful complex of equipment for thermal and mechanical treatment of castings.
