Poltava Quartz Glass Plant. Cooperation since October 2014. Together with the company’s team, adjustment of molding equipment, development of technological parameters of molding. Together with the technological group of the company – work on the product appearance and improvement of casting quality, periodic control of the technical process at the company, quality control of the regenerate. Foundry production of PZKS includes a modern complex of technological equipment for the manufacture of high-quality castings. In the PZKS foundry, castings from 5 kg to 1000 kg are made of wear-resistant cast iron, high-strength cast iron, carbon and alloy steels. The company has the necessary laboratories to control the properties of molding mixtures, as well as the chemical composition and mechanical properties of alloys. In addition, the company has equipment that allows for primary heat treatment of castings.
