This year’s Next250 rating includes a company from Melitopol – LLC “Ukrfavorit”. For 16 years, this company has been a market leader in the supply of materials for foundry enterprises in the field of chemical and physical engineering. “Ukrfavorit” also launches equipment and provides technological support at any stage of production. The company relocated in April 2022 to Oleksandria (Kirovohrad region) and continues to work and provide plants with the necessary materials and technologies.
Forbes Ukraine announces that this rating will be formed annually. Therefore, even more Melitopol enterprises may be included in the Next250. The main criteria for selection are:

• innovativeness of the product;
• non-standard managerial or marketing solutions;
• resilience – we paid attention to businesses that were severely affected by the war but continued to operate.
The founder of Ukrfavorit, Olena Isayeva, claims that this distinction of the company is primarily due to the results of the team’s work and the trust and support of customers and partners. And her task is to support and motivate employees, stay in touch with customers, and fulfill agreements with partners.
