Ukrfavorit participated in a meeting on foundry production as part of the Industrial Forum

On May 28, 2025, a conference entitled “Industry of Ukraine. Foundry production as a key component for the revival of the industrial complex” was held in Kyiv at the International Exhibition Center. It was organized by the Department of Foundry Production of Ukraine in conjunction with industry associations as part of the 23rd International Industrial Forum.

The event was attended by leading representatives of government, scientific institutions, key industry associations, and industrial enterprises. The company was personally represented by its owner, O.V. Isaeva, who joined the discussion on the key challenges facing the foundry industry in today’s environment.

Key topics of the meeting:

1. the role of foundry production in economic recovery;
2. introduction of innovations in production;
3. strengthening defense and industrial cooperation;
4. staffing of the industry and interaction with the education system.

During the meeting, presentations were given by leading speakers, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Defense, industry associations, scientists from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and presidents of the largest professional associations.

Presentation of the initiative by Ukrfavorit LLC

A separate important contribution to the meeting program was the presentation by the team of Ukrfavorit LLC, which presented an initiative to create a database of foundry manufacturers. Over the past three years, the company has recorded more than 300 requests from foreign partners to place orders in Ukraine, which indicates a growing interest in Ukrainian capabilities in the global market.

However, as emphasized in the appeal, the lack of systematic information about domestic producers hinders the development of the industry and prevents it from competing fully at the international level.

To solve this problem, the Ukrfavorit team:

1. Started forming an all-Ukrainian database of foundry manufacturers.
2. Initiated the development of a “Manufacturer’s Passport” — a standardized document that will include technical, production, and contact details of enterprises.
3. Proposed the creation of an industry-specific cooperation platform with an export focus.

This database will help:

1. quickly find performers,
2. assess their specialization and capabilities,
3. attract orders, investors, and support small and medium-sized businesses.

The company called on representatives of government agencies, associations, and the business community to join forces to create a relevant resource that will become a real tool for promoting Ukrainian glass abroad.

“We have potential that is already attracting global interest. But to take advantage of it, we need to be structured, open, and accessible for international cooperation”, – emphasized the company representative.
