The crushing of the mixture pieces takes place on a knockout screen. The cooling and dust removal system allows cooling the mixture and removing dust from it. Dust removal takes place in the fluidized bed due to the discharge generated inside the equipment. The sand is cooled when it flows (in a “boiling” state) through radiators through which water flows. Then the sand enters the pneumatic pumps for transportation to the bunker. After the cooler, the air enters the filter cabinet where it is cleaned of dust, which is subsequently collected in bags.
