ARC 18 (TOT)
About the product:
ARC 18 is a specially designed additive package, used for boosting the emulsion lubrication level. It is used to enhance the aluminium hot rolling emulsion in working specification. ARC 18 will provide film strength and boundary lubrication.
Product description:
It is recommended to add ARC 18 before a pump in operation, to assure maximum recovery and optimum performance. For detailed methods of product and emulsion analysis contact your Total technical contact. After the addition of ARC 18 any skimming device should be kept switched off for at least 4 hours. Treatment level depends upon emulsion conditions and performance and is determined on the basis of emulsion volume and concentration.
