Premium synthetic, low staining, low gum-forming, hydraulic fluid that is especially designed to work in aluminum rolling mills.
Product description:
AZOLLA ALS 46 is recommended for the lubrication of hydraulic systems, where cross-contamination of rolling oils with standard maintenance lubricants could cause staining problems after annealing.
AZOLLA ALS 46 is compatible/miscible with conventional mineral oil.
Very low gum / heavy-ends content:
- Reduced risks of aluminum staining.
- Prevents sticking of aluminum foils after annealing.
Prevent formation of deposits due to an excellent thermal stability.
Good anti-wear properties and a high protection against corrosion.
