Means of cooling as quickly as required Uniform hardnesses No problem of ignition of fumes Clean hardened items, without residues or adherences Constant temperature of the product In order to prepare the bath, the required concentration of DRASTA SY 300 is added to the water, with moderate agitation, and at a temperature of 35 - 40°C. It contains additives inhibiting corrosion on copper and yellow metal. Its formulation incorporates special additives to avoid, deecomposition due to heat of the straight chains of its components and, consequently, the deposits of carbonaceous stowing material. If the bath previously contained other hardening oils it is important to degrease, wash and rinse it before proceeding to fill it with DRASTA SY 300.
