About the product:
Coning Oil advised for high speed synthetic yarn transformation (Polyamide, Polyester) and for artificial or natural. Used for winding, twisting, covering, and also ATY (Air Textured Yarn) or DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) processes. Strongly adapted for Polypropylene yarn (PP).
Product description:
Avoids oil splashes on the machines,on the floor and the oil mist in the air
Does not provoke yellowing during heats treatments
Suppresses dripping on yarn-guides
Is resistant to yellowing (light treatments)
Ensures good lubrication yarn/steel and yarn/yarn
Is easily removed in washing baths or dry cleaning process (totally soluble in chlorine solvents)
Gives the yarns a good antistatic protection
"Readily biodegradable" reached the Pw1 level (the highest level) under the Norme OECD 301 B
