About the product:
Coning oil advised for high speed yarn transformation. Suitable for medium to high count synthetic, artificial or natural yarn. Suitable for covered elastane. Adapted for dyed yarn. Used for winding, twisting, covering, and also ATY (Air Textured Yarn) or DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) processes. Not recommended for polypropylene.
Product description:
Avoids oils plashes on the machines, on the floor and the oil mistin the air
Gives the yarns a good antistatic protection
Reduces oil dripping at the yarn-guides
Has hardly any effect on dye fastnesses
Improves the regularity of oil pick up by the yarns
I easily removed in washing baths or dry cleaning process (totally soluble in chlorine solvents)
Reduces the friction coefficient yarn/metal and yarn/yarn
