About the product:
Coning oil for middle to high count high speed synthetic, artificial or natural yarn transformation. Suitable for covered elastane. Used for DTY (Draw Textured Yarn) winding process.
Product description:
Avoids oils plashes on the machines, on the floor and the oil mistin the air
Enables to obtain low and regular unwinding tensions
Reduces oil dripping at the yarn-guides
Is harm less on elastane. In case of heat treatment, it is recommended to degrease the parts before the operation
Ensures a good regularity of oil pick up by the yarn
Is easily scoured in washing baths
Reduces the friction coefficient yarn/metal and yarn/yarn
Is stable during storage
Ensures a very good antistatic protection
