Currently, the company is among the top three leaders in this business segment in Ukraine. The owner’s goal is to become No. 1 in the industry.

We are also developing a new line of business – supplying industrial lubricants (oils, greases, lubricants) from a global manufacturer. We help industrial and energy enterprises reduce equipment maintenance costs and extend its resource through the right choice of lubrication solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of the client’s technological processes and selection of suitable lubricants/oils;
• Conducting technical consultations (including on-site consultations);
• Preparation of proposals and technical documentation;
• Support for testing lubricants in production;
• Negotiating with technical and procurement specialists of enterprises;
• Implementing recommendations to optimize costs and improve equipment efficiency;
• After-sales customer support (results analysis);
• Work in CRM, reporting on work performed.

Required skills:

• Technical education (mechanization, mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, chemistry);
• Work experience in production / in the technical department / B2B sales – from 2 years;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of equipment, components, and the use of lubricants;
• Communication skills, ability to argue technical solutions;
• Ability to present the product and build long-term relationships with the client;
• Proficiency in PC, Excel, CRM;
• Driver’s license (category B) – Required.

Preferred experience/benefits:

• Working with lubricants, industrial oils, technical fluids;
• Participation in production tests or technical trials;
• English for reading technical documentation.
