





Vibrating tables
The compaction of the mixture in the pads or core boxes is accomplished by vibration. During the operation of the vibrating table, the vibrating frame is raised until it comes into contact with the submodel plate. Vibration motors transmit vibration to the frame in a direction strictly perpendicular to the mold surface. The vibration amplitude and frequency can be adjusted manually or automatically.

The special coating of the vibrating frame made of wear-resistant hard rubber in contact with the base plate keeps the noise level within acceptable standards. Special pneumatic shock absorbers prevent the transmission of vibration to the foundation. A safety sensor in the compressed air supply system shuts down the vibrating table in the event of a pressure drop. Vibration frequency is controlled by an AC inverter
Vibratory tables are available as stand-alone equipment or as part of a molding line. When ordered together with a mixer or as part of a molding line, the control of the vibrating table is integrated into the mixer control panel.
