We are a Ukrainian B2B company that has been working with industrial enterprises in Ukraine for over 18 years.

We supply materials for foundry production directly from European manufacturers and are among the leaders of the Ukrainian market in our segment.

We are also developing our business in industrial lubricants and technical fluids and serve as an official distributor for a global manufacturer.

We are looking for a marketer to take over an established marketing function and help us develop our company brands, communications, and B2B client acquisition.

What you will need to do:

• manage and grow the social media accounts of the company and its owner;
• create content: posts, Stories, Reels, news, and presentation and promotional materials;
• prepare content for the website and ensure it remains up-to-date;
• plan and launch marketing activities;
• analyze their results: what works, where inquiries come from, and what should be changed;
• manage the marketing budget and control expenses;
• interact with contractors specializing in advertising, SEO, design, and other areas;
• assist with preparations for exhibitions, conferences, business trips, and other events;
• conduct a basic analysis of the market, competitors, and customer needs;
• propose one’s own ideas for promoting the company and its products.

What matters to us:

• experience in marketing / SMM / content;
• proficient use of social media and online tools;
• the ability to write understandable texts and work with visual content;
• skills in working with graphic editors, modern applications, and AI;
• organization and the ability to see tasks through to completion;
• A desire to get to grips with new products and B2B marketing.

Experience in the industrial sector is not required—we will familiarize you with the specifics of the products and the market.

An important point

You won’t be starting marketing from scratch. The company already has websites, social media channels, existing content, advertising materials, contractors, and established marketing processes.

The role includes a handover of tasks from the current marketer and colleagues, onboarding, and initial support.
